- Precision Encapsulation: Our wedges feature a high-strength ductile iron core that is precision-vulcanized with a thick layer of EPDM or NBR. This bonding process ensures that the rubber will not peel or delaminate under high-velocity flow or pressure surges.
- Straight-Through Bore: Unlike old-style gate valves, our body interior is designed without a "well" or pocket at the bottom. The passage is completely unobstructed (Full-Bore), allowing the fluid to "scour" the seating area clean during operation. This prevents the buildup of debris that typically leads to seal failure in industrial networks.
