Advanced Material Integrity
- Body & Bonnet: Constructed from Ductile Iron GGG50 (EN-GJS-500-7). Compared to standard grey iron, GGG50 provides superior tensile strength and impact resistance, essential for managing water hammer and pressure surges in PN16 networks.
- The Wedge (Disc): The heart of the valve features a ductile iron core fully encapsulated in EPDM or NBR via a precision vulcanization process. This ensures a "bubble-tight" shut-off and prevents the wedge from sticking or corroding over long-term cycles.
- Stem Design: Our stems are manufactured from Stainless Steel 410/420 (or SS304/316 upon request) with cold-rolled threads. This process enhances the fatigue resistance of the threads, resulting in lower operating torque and extended service life.

- Full Bore Design: The valve interior is designed without a cavity at the bottom. This prevents the accumulation of debris and sediment, which is a common cause of leakage in traditional metal-seated valves.
- Triple O-Ring Sealing: The stem sealing system utilizes three independent O-rings. The upper rings can be replaced under full working pressure without de-commissioning the line, significantly reducing downtime.
- Corrosion Protection: Every casting is treated with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating (RAL 5005/5015) both internally and externally. This provides a non-toxic, corrosion-resistant barrier suitable for potable water, irrigation, and HVAC systems.
