The Silent Guardian of Infrastructure
In any high-performance piping network, the most destructive forces aren't always pressure-related—they are the invisible vibrations from pumps and the silent thermal expansion of the pipes themselves. Veyron Valve’s Rubber Expansion Joints (also known as flexible connectors) are engineered to act as a mechanical "buffer." By providing a flexible break in the rigid pipeline, these joints absorb axial, lateral, and angular movements, preventing the fatigue-induced cracking that leads to catastrophic system failure.
Multi-Layer Engineering: Resilience and Strength
The integrity of our expansion joints is built into the bellows' cross-section.
- The Inner Tube: Crafted from premium EPDM, NBR, or Neoprene, the inner layer is seamless and specifically formulated to resist the chemical erosion of the process media.
- Reinforcement Matrix: To handle high-pressure surges without "ballooning," the rubber is reinforced with multiple layers of high-tenacity synthetic fiber and treated steel wire. This allows the joint to maintain its geometry even under PN16 or PN25 workloads.
- Floating Flange Design: We utilize a "Floating Flange" architecture. The ductile iron or carbon steel flanges rotate freely around the rubber bead before installation. This feature is a significant time-saver for field technicians, as it allows for perfect bolt-hole alignment even when the mating pipes are slightly misaligned.

Optimizing System Longevity
Beyond structural protection, Veyron’s joints are highly effective for Noise Attenuation. The dense elastomer body dampens the acoustic transmission of pump hum and water hammer, making them essential for HVAC systems in hospitals, hotels, and residential complexes. Whether you are dealing with a seawater intake or a chemical process loop, our joints ensure your piping remains a dynamic, stress-free asset.
