- Climatic Execution (UHL/KhL): For projects in Arctic or sub-zero regions, we offer valves cast from 09G2S (Low Alloy Steel). This material is specifically chosen for its high impact toughness at temperatures as low as -60°C, preventing the "brittle fracture" that common carbon steels (like WCB) might experience in the Siberian winter.
- Standard Carbon Steel (Steel 20/25L): For temperate climates, we utilize high-quality Steel 20 or 25L, providing a cost-effective yet robust solution for steam and water applications where reliability is the primary KPI.
Precision Sealing & Flange Geometry
The sealing performance of a GOST valve is defined by its "Trim" and its connection type.
- Wedge Dynamics: Our valves feature a Wedge (Klin) design, available in both solid and elastic configurations. The seating surfaces are typically hardfaced with stainless steel (corrosion-resistant) or brass, depending on the fluid medium, ensuring a "Class A" leakage rate according to GOST 9544.
