Chain wheels have become an increasingly popular type of valve accessory, providing an economical, labor-saving, and convenient operation method. Compared with handwheels or gear boxes, chain wheels are used to operate valves that are a certain distance above the ground. Through the combination of a chain and a wheel, workers no longer need to climb ladders for high-altitude operations or enter underground spaces—they only need to pull the chain on the ground to operate the opening and closing of the valve, which greatly enhances operational safety.
Currently, our chain wheels are available in two materials: iron and stainless steel. The chain is generally made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, and we offer a wide range of sizes from 200 to 574 to fit your valves. Additionally, you can also opt for the perforated style, which enables direct installation on your old handwheel if you do not want to remove it.
