Cleaning procedure

The parts of the valve must be processed by the following processes before assembly:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the surface can not have processing burrs;
2. Degreasing of all parts;
3. Pickling and passivation after degreasing is completed, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;
4. Rinse with pure water after pickling and purification, there can be no pharmaceutical residue, carbon steel parts omit this step;
5. Wipe the parts one by one with non-woven fabric, do not retain the surface of the parts such as wire wool, or blow dry with clean nitrogen;
6. Wipe the parts one by one with non-woven cloth or precision filter paper soaked with analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.
